IMAPS is sponsoring the 5th Topical Workshop and Tabletop Exhibition on Military, Aerospace, Space & Homeland Security: Packaging Issues & Applications (MASH 2008). The Workshop and Tabletop Exhibition will be held April 28-30, 2007 in Linthicum Heights, Maryland.

The Conference Center is located on a spacious 80 acre campus that was developed as one of the leading training and simulation centers for professional mariners. The Maritime Institute of Technology and Graduate Studies has been in continuous operation for over thirty years. It is located a short distance from BWI (Baltimore/Washington International Airport) and is a convenient to both Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD.

In our current environment where the focus is on military activities and homeland security, extensive work is being done to advance the state-of-the-art in high reliability electronics packaging. The technical program will expand upon the previous workshops and will focus on the latest military, aerospace, space and homeland security electronic devices, systems, and applications, with particular emphasis on materials and processing issues at the component level as well as connected issues at the design and applications level.
