|Determining the required number of sensors to be deployed in a car is a critical decision for an embedded developer. The number of sensors required depends on many factors, some of which are personal choices. Now a days, cars have been integrated into new technologies like Automatic car parking system, Navigation systems, Infotainment(Hands Free Car Kit) and many more new features have been incorporated. Considering the automatic car parking system, sensors played a very important role in terms of cost, coverage area of an object in a maneuver. Deciding how many sensors required is very crucial. One should have method to say ' n' number of sensors required. So this paper present one possible method. By the proposed solution we again the advantages as 1) We can decide the exact number of sensors required for the cars. 2) We can avoid trial and error method. 3) We can save the time & cost for proof of concept.
