Technology Needs as Driven by One Potential Future - A Day Made of Glass
Keywords: Materials, Glass, Interconnects
This paper uses a video to portray one potential future of a family home in the not so distant future. This future builds on the use of electronics, communications, and natural outcomes of a connected and integrated world. The potential problems that this future might drive are then explored and challenges made to the technical community to consider new packaging materials and configurations.
