|Recent materials science forums have demonstrated advanced materials solutions for thermal management design utilizing metallized pyrolytic graphite heat spreaders. This presentation will build on the previously disclosed, patented 2-D and 3-D pyrolytic graphite heat spreaders which have been modeled demonstrating highly efficient performance in a variety of power-intensive applications. Continued technology advances incorporating enhanced thermal conductivity [1700 W/mK ]pyrolytic graphite in composite structures will be discussed.|
