|Planar circuits have been successfully screen printed on standard issue ARMY fabric. In order to evaluate the electrical performance we printed parallel transmission lines of various widths, thicknesses and spacing. DC resistance, AC impedance and frequency response were also evaluated. These structures were printed with three different commercially available inks in order to do a comparison of electrical performance along with print quality. Passive electrical elements are also fabricated to demonstrate printing capabilities and the potential for integration of circuits onto the Warfighter clothing.|
