|The MicroCool® Tool™ gives thermal engineers access to experimentally proven methods and models to allow numerous designs to be looked at in just minutes rather than hours. The MicroCool® Tool™ is an iterative solver that is using correlations based off of empirical data. This keeps calculation time to minutes as opposed to hours with numerical CFD code. The code has a very easy to use pick-and-play choice of more than 60 methods for heat transfer, pressure drop, CHF, flow pattern maps, etc. and graphical user interfaces for numerous fluids, electrical element dimensions, cooling element configurations and dimensions, TIMs, methods, etc. The tool also provides complete graphical output of the thermal simulations (including 3D views) and generates an Excel output with graphs and complete set of input/output with incremental calculation results.|
