IMAPS Annual Chapter Profile Report

Each Chapter shall submit an Annual Chapter Profile Report and financial report each year. The Annual Chapter Profile Report must be submitted to headquarters no later than January 31. Financial reports must be submitted at the conclusion of the fiscal year, not later than July 15. Failure to provide the required Chapter Profile Report (or to keep the chapter's website updated within 60 days of any major changes) may result in forfeiture of the Chapter’s annual activity grant and/or rebates, and could result in Executive Council action to deactivate the Chapter as stated in Section 4.1 of these Chapter Guidelines of the P&P.
