HiTEC 2004 continues the tradition of providing the leading biennial conference dedicated to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge of the high temperature electronics industry.

Under the organizational sponsorship of the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society, HiTEC 2004 will be the forum for presenting leading high temperature electronics research results and application requirements.

It will also be an opportunity to network with colleagues from around the world working to advance high temperature electronics.

Additionally, IMAPS will hold a focused exhibition for suppliers who support the use of high temperature technology.

This venue features an ideal atmosphere to showcase your products and services to key decision-making industry professionals.

There is limited exhibit space, which has sold out for two straight years. Sign-up early to guarantee a spot and $ave money.

NEW Feature Available for Exhibitors

IMAPS will provide all exhibitors an opportunity to provide up to six (6) pages of company products, services and contact information to be included on the post-event Technical Presentations CD-ROM. These CD-ROMs are provided to all technical conference attendees and are for sale through IMAPS to all industry professionals.

This new and unique feature will promote the Exhibitor’s products and abilities much longer than just the Conference.

There is a charge of $50 for this optional feature. This equates to 6 pages of advertising for just $50.

These submissions must be no more than six (6) pages long and must be sent, electronically, in Word or PDF format, to no later than May 7, 2004.

Additional booth personnel are welcome at an extra cost of $50 per person. Registrations for the full conference are not included, but are available at an additional cost.

Space is extremely limited and, therefore, only tabletop exhibits will be accepted. Free standing exhibits will not be allowed at this event.

Cancellation Policy

Booth cancellations made before 4/16/04 will receive a refund minus $100 handling fee. Booths cancelled after 4/16/04 will not be refunded.
