10th
Annual IMAPS Golf Classic
to benefit the
Sidney J. Stein Educational Foundation
Monday, November 15, 2004
El Dorado Park
18-Hole Golf Course
2400 Studebaker Road
Tee Time: 7:30 am
The previous venue of the Queen
Mary Open, this facility has now been selected as the site of
the prestigious Long
Beach Open. A magnificent 18-hole layout, El Dorado can truly be
called a “player’s course,” due to its expansive
layout and numerous water hazards. There are extensive practice
facilities and full service restaurant available at El Dorado Country
Club. The Golf Course is a perfect venue for the IMAPS 2004 Educational
Foundation Golf Tournament. There is enough beauty, length and
difficulty to challenge the best golfers and forgiving enough for
those who simply enjoy the game. An outdoor tent offers the perfect
setting for our awards luncheon. The facility is conveniently located
between the 405 and 605 in Long Beach and very close to the Long
Beach Convention Center.
The perfect coastal weather and
later tee time will allow our members to arrive well rested and
ready
to enjoy a fairly fast round of
Golf. Don’t forget to bring your sunscreen and, most important,
that all important ringer for the group. Please contact IMAPS Headquarters
for opportunities to sponsor our event and contact Larry Driscoll,
818-704-9087 lmdriscoll@sbcglobal.net, or David Virissimo, 619-464-5430
dvirissimo@cox.net, for any information regarding the Golf Course
and this extremely enjoyable event.
