must be received no later than July 29, 2005. Register early and save $100.
All registrations received after July 29, 2005, will be considered “on-site
registration.” Confirmations will be sent upon processing of registration
form and payment. Those who register in advance may proceed on-site to

What Your 2005 Full Symposium
Your registration includes the Opening Ceremonies, Welcome Reception,
Opening Breakfast, IMAPS Annual Business Meeting, IMAPS Awards Ceremony, Keynote
Presentation, Technical Sessions, GBC-Marketing Forum, Exhibits, Breaks, Exhibit
Hall Lunch on Wednesday, 2005 Proceedings CD-ROM and an automatic one-year IMAPS
membership renewal for individual and student members in good standing at the
time of registration. For an additional fee you can register for the Professional
Development Courses (PDCs), Golf Tournament, and the Companion Tour.
Full Symposium Cancellation
Registration cancellations will be refunded (less a $100 processing fee) only
if written notice is postmarked on or before Friday, August 26, 2005. No refunds
will be issued after that date.
