Housing Cancellation Policy:
A credit card is required to secure the reservation and no actual charges will be made at the time of booking. Any cancellations made on or after SEPTEMBER 11, 2009 will incur a $50.00 processing fee automatically charged to your credit card. If reservations are not cancelled 72 hours prior to the date of arrival, they are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first night room and tax. Guests who fail to arrive on the first night reserved will be charged a cancellation fee, and subsequent nights reserved will be cancelled. Room Rates do not include 10.07% Room Tax (subject to change), and TBID fee of $2.00 per day. Tax is not included.
