Welcome to iKnow Microelectronics!

IMAPS on-line research library provides a centralized, searchable database of the thousands of technical papers/slides from IMAPS events and all publications offered by the Society, including the Journal of Microelectronics and Electronic Packaging, Advancing Microelectronics magazine, and technical materials from symposia, conferences, workshops, web meetings and other publications from 2003 through today. IMAPS will continue to incrementally load additional historical publications from 1967-2002 and earlier this summer.

All of the publications contained within iKnow Microelectronics can be found using the Advanced Search tools. The Advanced Search will allow you options to search for specific publications that interest you. In addition to the keyword search, you may also opt to search by event/category, year of publication, author, primary author's company or publication format.

All users MUST create a log-in for iKnow, in addition to your regular IMAPS Member Login for the website. You must use your e-mail address that you have on file for your member record.
