Welcome to iKnow Microelectronics!
IMAPS on-line library provides a centralized, searchable database of the technical papers/slides from IMAPS events and all publications offered by the Society.
iKnow Microelectronics currently contains more than 2,700 articles and publications from symposia, conferences, workshops, web meetings and other publications from 2003 through 2008. IMAPS will continue to incrementally load additional historical publications from 2002 and earlier throughout 2008.
The iKnow Microelectronics searchable library currently contains the following publications in a Downloadable, CD-rom and/or Printed format:

- IMAPS Symposium Proceedings – Individual Papers and Full Proceedings

- IMAPS Workshop Presentation Slides – Individual Slides (or Papers) and Full Publications
- Global Business Council Presentations – Individual Slides and Full Publications
- Podcasts – Downloadable Files from Past IMAPS Webcasts
- Reference Textbooks – Print Editions of Several Industry Reference Books
All of the publications contained within iKnow Microelectronics can be found using our Basic Search or the Advanced Search tools. The Basic Search simply allows for keyword searching and the option to choose an event/category. The Advanced Search will allow you more options to search for specific publications that interest you. In addition to the keyword search, you may also opt to search by event/category, year of publication, author, primary author's company or publication format.
Both members and non-members can access all articles and publications within the on-line library. All products will have abstracts and/or descriptions. Neither membership log-in nor purchase of products will be required to view the abstracts/descriptions.
Full manuscripts, proceedings, presentation slides, CD-roms, magazines, journals and/or books will be available for purchase only. IMAPS members will receive discounted pricing on all the products within this library.
- IMAPS Members: $10 per article/download;
- Non-Members: $30 per article/download.
The Journal of Microelectronics and Electronic Packaging and Advancing Microelectronics magazine publications will remain complimentary to IMAPS members only. Pricing for complete publications (CD-Roms and books from events; textbooks; etc.) will be established by IMAPS separately.
Individual slides/papers from IMAPS events will be loaded into the on-line library nine (9) months following the last day of the conference/workshop. Full CD-ROMs from events will be available for purchase immediately following each event. Journals and magazine publications will be loaded immediately following production.
Individual papers/slides are available for immediate download following the approval of credit card information. CD-roms, text books and other print editions are shipped following your purchase.
