Step 1 - Which Event?

Submission of a proposed professional development course (if accepted) represents a commitment to submit course materials by the publications deadline for the event. It also represents a commitment to attend the meeting in order to instruct those registered attendees. It is the instructor's responsibility to obtain any internal company approvals consistent with the above terms and stated deadlines, if applicable.

All PDC information requested on this form must be provided before your PDC will be considered.
