Exhibitor Information/Registration:

Exhibits: The Exhibit area will be open from 7am to 11am for setup and will hold 60 tabletop displays. Lunch and breaks will be co-located with the Exhibits.

Exhibits Fees and deadlines:

General Registration         Before September 24, 2009   --    $350
Late Registration                 Between September 24 and October 1, 2009    --    $400

Exhibitor Registration includes:      One 8ft. linen-covered table and chairs  (includes Lunch)

Electrical Power:  A limited number of tables will be set aside for exhibitors requiring electrical power.  Electrical hookup is the exhibitor's responsibility (bring your own power cord), and is not included in the registration fee. The hotel will rent extension cords at a cost of $25/day. Please describe any special requirements that you may have. We will advise you of the additional cost.

Door Prizes: Throughout the day we will give away prizes to attendees and exhibitors. Exhibitors are invited to contribute items that would be of interest to the attendees of this event. Suitable items would include product samples, Technical Proceedings, food items and professional accessories.

Security and Conduct of Event: Hotel does not provide security in the meeting and function space and all personal property left in the meeting or function space is at the sole risk of the owner.

Shipping and Storage: Hotel does not have storage space for crates, pallets or large shipments. Any materials to be sent to Hotel may arrive no earlier than 7 days in advance. A handling and storage fee of $ 7.00 per box/item or $ 150.00 per pallet will be added to your Master Account charges for any materials sent to Hotel. Hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage to materials sent to Hotel prior to your event date.

Room Block: The hotel has reserved a room block at a special rate of $99.00++ per night.  Contact the hotel directly.

Parking: The Hotel has parking available as follows: Valet parking $10.00 per car for guests visiting the Hotel. Overnight valet parking, $20.00 per car. Hotel attendants can provide guests directions to the nearest available parking if the Hotel lot is full.
