Golf Fees:
$125 each, or discounted $450.00 per foursome signed up at same time. The fees include: tournament fees, range balls, continental breakfast, awards luncheon, afternoon technical presentations, evening reception and entertainment.
If you are registering for multiple golfers and have identified each at this time, please list their names in the on-line registration form. You may identify the foursome later if you need to.

available at $500.00 each, which includes 2 Free Golfers. We are accepting sponsors for the following events: Longest drives; Closest to the pins; Best team; Worst Team. You can sign-up for these sponsorships on the on-line registration form.
