Program Description

The webinar session will provide an overview of precious metal leasing and the role a lease plays in hedging and/or financing precious metal containing assets or inventories. Also discussed are the advantages/disadvantages of using “traditional” financing to support precious metal requirements, the challenges involved in financing “commodities” and an overview of how in proper hedging of precious metal can impact the financial well-being of a company.

Paul is a commercial banking Relationship Manager with HSBC Bank Precious Metals, a Group that provides metal financing and hedging solutions to industrial users of precious metal.

Paul has 13 years of banking experience, with 10 of these years spent as a precious metals lender through his work at Bank of America (formerly Fleet Bank Precious Metals) and most recently HSBC.

Paul is a member of both the International Precious Metals Institute and the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society.

Paul holds a BA in Political Science from Catholic University (Washington, D.C.) and an MBA from Bentley College (Waltham, MA).
